Specializing in
the all-around horse for amateurs and youth, Scott has shown and coached
for over 20 years. When driving to horse shows ceases to amuse, Neuman
takes to the air in order to complete AQHA and NSBA judging assignments
around the globe. Alongside his pursuit of a master’s degree in
Education, Scott is an Assistant Professor and the Director of the
Equestrian Studies Program at Rocky Mountain College. A past Montana
Quarter Horse Association vice president, he currently serves as a board
member for the association. Scott also volunteered as coach for the
Canadian Youth World Cup Team in 2004 and 2006. Scott lives in Billings,
Montana with his wife, Amy, and his children, Elise and Evan.
